Modify your booking

If you have purchased a ticket for a MOBY departure from the online homepage of MOBY, you can make changes yourself in your personal online profile.
To make changes and for the access to your profile, a MOBY Card is necessary.
You do not have a MOBY Card yet? Just register here.

A ticket change online is possible up to 24 hours before your departure date. You can pay any additional costs with the following credit cards (also rechargeable or prepaid credit cards): Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Diners.

Alternatively, you can also contact us by e-mail. We're here to help. A rebooking can be made no later than 2 hours before departure, please note our operating hours.

After successful rebooking you will receive your new ticket in PDF form to your e-mail address given during the booking.

* For bookings made from 22/02/2021 to 31/05/2022 for departures with Moby and Tirrenia to Sardinia, Sicily and Corsica (Elba and Santa Teresa-Bonifacio-Santa Teresa excluded), no changing fees will be charged in case of amendment, only possible price differences are to pay. Cancel or "park" your ticket online

On the Moby website, you can cancel or "park" your ticket directly online in three simple steps.
To do this, please have your booking details ready and follow the instructions to cancel or "park" your crossing.

Once you have confirmed your cancellation, you will receive an email with instructions on how to obtain the refund. If you have decided to "park" your ticket, we will email you a new parked ticket that you can use in 2023 as well.
