Transport to Sardinia and Sicily

According to Law No. 24 of 24 March 2022, access to and use of maritime transport for travel between the islands and the rest of the Italian territory is also allowed to persons in possession of a base COVID-19 Green Pass (vaccinated or recovered or tested).

According to Legislative Decree No. 221 of 24 December 2021, FFP2 masks must be worn when travelling on all regional and interregional transport.

Sardinia - Corsica

  • vaccinated persons: the vaccination certificate (for Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccines, at least 7 days must have passed since the second dose, for Johnson & Johnson vaccines, 28 days must have passed since vaccination); or
  • for unvaccinated persons, a negative PCR or antigen test carried out within 24 hours before departure; or
  • persons who have had covid-19 must present proof of recovery not older than 6 months.

The regulations apply to passengers aged 13 and over.
Cargo transport is exempt.

 

Corsica - Sardinia

Entry must be registered via an online form: https://app.euplf.eu.
Only in cases where online registration is not possible for technical reasons, the entry declaration (in Italian) can be submitted in paper form.
